I wanted to put this page together to discuss my views and theories on High Intensity weightlifting, as well as promote HIT training, as opposed to the "traditional" mindless volume approach, as promoted by such as Joe Weider.

For those of you who are unfamiliar with High Intensity, it is the principle of using ONE set of High Intensity Weight Lifting to momentary muscular failure.
